Founded in 2024, Viper Fabrication is dedicated to excellent service in the areas of welding, powder coating and machining of carbon steel and stainless steel. The owner, Rod Weber has over 30 years’ experience in welding and has worked in Weld Engineering, Quality, Material Specifications and application for many years. Rod is an AWS certified CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) of over 25 years. Rod is also an AWS certified CWS (Certified Welding Supervisor) of 10 years.
Viper Quality:
Viper is Quality work start to finish! We are a 100% American made fabrication shop. What that means is we only source materials that are made within the USA! We are your one-stop-shop for machined, welded and powder coated parts.
Weld Consulting:
We do weld consulting at very reasonable rates! We is not out to make a million dollars! Rod is very passionate about good welding processes and helping to improve the quality of your weld shop! Rod has experience in GMAW, GMAW (pulsed), GTAW, SAW, SMAW. Rod has over 25 years experience working with robotic, automatic and hand welding. Rod can train welders as well as communicate with top management of what is happening in your weld shop. Rod can work with top management as well as the shop floor personnel to accomplish and maintain your shops weld quality policies. Rod has developed/written many weld process procedures, destructive and non-destructive testing, power supply programming and robot weld programming.
CWI Services:
Rod has 30+ years’ experience with many AWS welding codes. Rod has qualified many weld operators to welding codes. Rod has completed many WPS, PQR and WPQRs’.

We have 2 powder coat ovens capable of powder coating parts up to 36in. X 36in. X 45in.
